I agree with Rob too ! Though creatives don’t stay long where there is small minded managerialism !
I’m not sure companies have the budgets to do offsite team building activities any more. Yes they used to fear me with dread, and were all a bit pointless, but at least you got to know your colleagues a bit better for who they really were.
